Schedule a 15-minute discovery call to talk about your company, goals, project needs, and estimated budget. If there’s a mutual fit, I’ll review and submit a formal RFP with your objectives, scope of work, services, and fees.

Once the proposal is approved, and an agreement and deposit are in place, we’ll talk again to review your goals, creative brief, deadline, and anything else that’s important before I get to work.

REVIEW
One of the best ways to ensure an optimal ROI is to provide me with as much information as possible to review. This includes—but is not limited to—your company overview, history, mission, vision statement, information about your products and services, buyer personas, and brand/voice/style guidelines. I’ll also review relevant, internal research, studies and surveys, and existing marketing collateral.

Depending on your project, I’ll conduct independent research and identify primary sources that will bring credibility and an unbiased, balanced perspective to your content.

INTERVIEW
I’ll develop a list of questions for your internal and external subject matter experts and conduct interviews that save you time and allow for additional types of content to be developed.

WRITE, EDIT & APPROVE
After the interviews, I’ll create an outline. Once you sign off, I’ll submit a first draft for your review. You’ll have two rounds of back and forth revisions but most of my clients usually need only one. I’ll edit, fact check, and send the final project to be published.
