Gardena, CA-based Episource is one of the largest IT services and technology companies in the U.S. providing risk adjustment and quality solutions for healthcare payers and provider organizations. With services such as consultation, analytics, medical record review, telehealth, health risk assessments, as well as data and management workflow tools, Episource’s mission is to simplify healthcare.
The Challenge
After significant growth and the launch of new products and services, Episource hired Revelant Writing to write a series of customer case studies showcasing their results. They needed a healthcare content writer who had industry expertise, understood how to tell the story in a way that was consistent with their brand messaging, and could provide extra bandwidth to their lean marketing team.
